Agreement Against Women Trafficking Program:

 

An agreement is reached between the social welfare Council and the Daywalka. Foundation to conduct various programs in countering human trafficking.

According to the bilateral agreement signed for five years ,The Daywalka Foundation will conduct program with the help of national NGOs Maiti Nepal, ABC Nepal, SAATHI, Centre to Assist and project Child Right of Nepal and Women self reliance Centre.

The Council has reported that The Daywalka Foundation will establish Women and Children Security Resource Centre and Law Library in Kathmandu, Established transit home in Kakadbhitta ,Conducted women trafficking control and rehabilitation program in Sindhupalchok. 

According to the agreement signed on Wednesday The Daywalka Foundation will fund $3,87,700. The papers of that agreement are signed by member Secretary  Mr.Sarad Sharma on behalf of Social Welfare Council and the program Director Jennifer Anderson on behalf of The Daywalka Foundation .
